  Interesting approach to colour theory. I like the examples and the clear and concise writing style. Only halfway through and I’ve learned a few useful tricks. My only gripe is that the book assumes you already have a strong background in understanding light and colours from an art school perspective. Im self taught and will probably need another book to fill the gaps in my knowledge so i can re-read this one. A brief recap for us beginning intermediate painters would have been nice. Perhaps as an appendix so as not to bog down the target audience.
