  Haven’t had this item long but like that it is more streamlined than my previous one. Just two of us now so decided to get smaller fryer, narrow, can actually fit on counter next to my microwave. When I use it I put on top of stove and use oven overhead fan. Will not miss trying to “carefully “ lift and pour large oil container from old one when changing oil. Being elderly have less strength in my hands. Seemed less fat fumes from my older model.
