  I had an air vent above my head in my bedroom with no options for moving the bed due to room size. The AC or heater would kick on at night and the blowing air would make my hair move and wake me up. This deflects the air out so I no longer feel it, and problem is solved. It was super easy to install--just attached it with the existing magnets to the air vent, no screws needed.
