Broke after one week

The coffee loving family arrived from the UK for the holidays and we’ve been using the espresso machine for a week and it’s broken!!!
The steamer never worked from the get-go it keeps turning off, and now the button that you turn on the espresso machine part to make lattes will not turn on!!! So we are now using coffee pods in my other machine and steaming oat milk with the other …but now steamer button won’t stay on!!
So disappointed
