  I have no Gaul Bladder so needed something to break up the fats. This stuff does work, however, give it time. It takes a couple of weeks to start to actually feel it working I recommend this product. I don't like doing reviews because whenever you say it's good and then they bump the prices up. I hope this is not the case for this company. I'll continue to buy if the price stays the same
