  I don't like this product for the following reasons:
  1. The instructions say "Use medium grind grounds" but all espresso grinds are fine grind.
  2. You have to stand there waiting for the machine to warm up for what seems like five minutes before you can actually start to brew.
  3. The two cup and single cup buttons produce exactly the same result.
  4. Can't fit a regular size cup under the brewing nozzle. You have to use a little cup to brew and then pour it in a big cup for a latte.
  5. The amount of espresso produced is about 2 ounces if you are lucky.
  6. The instructions are very poorly written, and difficult to follow.
  
  I bought another espresso maker and threw this one away.
