  Got these for my senior mother who is 70 y.o. but has problems with her legs. Very hard for her to get up or stand without support. A shower bar is a must for her. Got 2 packs of these, and might even get one more to put 2 around the bed and hallways. Very happy I got these instead of the regular all-metal long bars. The padding on a handle makes it stronger for you to grab while 3 points (instead of 2) screw lock on each side gives you a super strong wall connection. Was a bit hard to line up all 3 holes on a stud, but I got 2/3 on the stud, so far it's holding well.
