  Sturdy machine. Bought Mother's Day Gift 2024. Nicely price, easy use. Rapid delivery.
  Under 3 months Error msg E02 appeared without cause.
  Later, it started to leak at the stem of the coffee puck while in use.
  A few days after the 1 year warranty expired, message Error E03 appeared.
  I followed all instructions provide on �鶹�� since Sumsaty is a brand not a manufacturer
  I had no recourse other than �鶹��. I tried sending a message to request assistance,
  or possibly a replacement. My unit might have been a ''Lemon'' so to speak.
  I received no confirmation of email sent or received.
  My usage is twice a day. I don't recommend it because no service post-purchase.
  It was not a reliable unit.
