  I received a light that didn't work and left them a message that I thought would be ignored. I was wrong and they answered my email after a couple days and were quick to ask a few questions and send me another light. It works just fine, as does the other one that I bought as well. It has very good flexibility and can shine light anywhere you want it to. I pulled the transmission out of my car and the light was awesome for those hard to see places where you need two hands to get at bolts and clips in hard to see and reach places.
