One of the things we love about this is that you only have to take one per day—so the 90 capsules are good for almost 3 months. That’s great value! Also, it makes taking it daily less of a chore.
Popping one of these is a lot easier than fitting sauerkraut, kimchi, yogurt, miso, kombucha etc into your busy day…which is especially true if you’re travelling.
We all know how important gut health is: this just makes taking care of yourself a whole lot easier.
