Good high amount of probiotic in a easy to swallow capsule
90 Probiotic capsules for $32.95 - These capsules come in a nice bottle that is well sealed under the cap. From past probiotic capsules I've had , this is a very high amount at 45 Billion. Most of the ones I've had are usually in the 10-20 Billion range. The expiry date is July 2025 which is a good 2+ years away and even at that point states there should be 16 Billion! The capsules are easy to swallow and look to be capsule size " 0 " . The price seems to be on par with other company's in the same quality and quantity. Overall everything seems good and probiotics are either something you believe in or not. Its hard to say if there helping as I eat very healthy and it would be difficult to pin point any one thing. But I do feel physically great most of the time so I must be doing a lot right and probiotics could be a piece of that puzzle.

One of the things we love about this is that you only have to take one per day—so the 90 capsules are good for almost 3 months. That’s great value! Also, it makes taking it daily less of a chore.
Popping one of these is a lot easier than fitting sauerkraut, kimchi, yogurt, miso, kombucha etc into your busy day…which is especially true if you’re travelling.
We all know how important gut health is: this just makes taking care of yourself a whole lot easier.
