At first the cassette I received had a problem with the sound, because when I wanted to listen to the music with earphones, the sound went through the earphones and the speaker at the same time, but as soon as I contacted their customer service (it's written on the little paper they gave with the instructions) (Gracisio Customer Service), they answered me and gave me an exceptional customer service. I spoke with a very nice person from their customer service named Ivy who responded me very quickly and was very empathetic. She prepared a replacement as soon as she saw my email and I received a new one for free in 1 or 2 days ! I am really satisfied with the new cassette player they sent me who works perfectly ! Now when I put hearphones on the cassette player we don't hear anything on the speaker and the sound is very good ! There is also an SD card to put music on the cassette player and a charger (no batteries needed). The cassette player charges very quickly and you can listen to music for hours. I am 100% satisfied and if I could give more stars I would. I recommend this cassette player and I will not be afraid to buy one of their products again because I know they have a reliable service and they are here to answer you 24/7.
