  I've been taking this supplement for a while now, and overall, I'm really happy with it. The combination seems to be working well for me, and I've noticed a boost in my energy levels.
  
  However, I did experience some vivid dreams the first couple of nights after starting to take it. It was a bit unsettling, but the dreams subsided after a few days, and I've had no other issues.
  
  The supplement is easy to take, and the price is reasonable. I appreciate that it's a combination formula, making it convenient to get all three essential vitamins in one pill.

  Cons: Caused vivid dreams initially
