- Reviewed in Canada on March 27, 2024It was so hard to find crutches that work for small kids. These are perfect for our son, who is 108 cm (3 feet 6 in) tall {their advertised size is incorrect as they fit children shorter than description}.
They are adjustable and work on taller kids too.
Please note that there is a learning curve for young children to use crutches, as it requires coordination between arms and legs, while holding the crutches in their little hands. Our soon practiced for a few days before he we ready to walk on his own.
We also bought a knee rover, but he became an expert too quickly, and his school got worried he would run over other kids. So, at school he's been using crutches in the classroom, and knee rover for PE and washroom breaks.Report PermalinkHelpful
