  Recently purchased a smart, interactive trainer. Unfortunately the bike I planned on using was a 30 year old Miele with friction shifting Shimano 600 components. Thought I might have to install new drive train components to make it work since trainer has 10 speed cog and the Miele was built for 6. Anyway got this chain which is quite narrow and handles the 10 speed extremely well. Old school downtube friction shifting on my new trainer is way cool and goes through all gears very smoothly. This chain got me up and running quickly.
