  I recently bought this saw for light duty tasks around the house, timing branches, cutting small gauge metal etc. The first task I did with it was to cut up my old Christmas tree so I could easily dispose of it. The saw had no problem with it, took me about 5 min to have it delimbed and cut down. The main trigger can be a bit awkward due to the fact you need to reach forward and depress the trigger lock, but there is also a second trigger on the shaft of the saw which is awesome! Very happy with my purchase!
