  Does a great job of scraping off any plaque and unwanted guck on your tongue. I've owned one for months and haven't gone a day without using it. I noticed that it does assist in keeping breath a little fresher. Only down side is that if you have a bad gag reflex you may have trouble depending on how far you prefer to go back. I've found myself almost throwing up a few times trying to get back there. Overall, great product!
