  My daughter got this as a Christmas gift and loved using it, however the first time using it we realized the box was cracked and water was leaking out.
  
  I contacted the company and they were great, they asked for pictures, which I sent. They then gave two options, either a refund or they could send a replacement. We chose a replacement which showed up within two days.
  
  I highly recommend this company, they were great to deal with.
  
  The product itself was highly entertaining for my 4 year old, and will be something we use often!
