When i got the new 16" Macbook Pro I thought i would invest in a good screen cleaner. Sadly, this product is worse than bad.

It's entirely possible this product and the screens on the Macbook Pro are incompatible as it seems impossible that anyone would deliberately create such a terrible product.

These wipes come sopping wet with fluid, which I guess is generous? However they are so wet you needto wring them out before you use them on your computer. When you do, you're left basically a wet screen. Attempting to dry the screen with the provided microfiber towels leaves an oily smudge across the entire surface of the screen which cannot be removed with the provider microfiber towels.

With MUCH scrubbing with my own microfiber towels I can eventually clear the screen of the oily layer left by this 'cleaning' fluid. Honestly, I am mystified that anything called "screen shine wipes" could be so horrendously not shiny. Water would be 10x more effective.

Thinking it could possible be user error, I have tried these wipes three times and each time I get the same oily residue. Sorry, I really wanted this to work and cannot, for the life of me, explain why it does not.
