  When I bought my Prismacolored pencils I bought this sharpener at the same time. I figured that it was made specifically for them and that they had 2 cutting sizes, one for a long point needed for smaller, narrower areas and a shorter one nice for coloring larger areas that needed a softer look. The blades were sharp and did the job well. Good quality and worth the money.
