    Our blender broke down after 2 years. I decided that since we actually purchased this insurance, it was time to get to use it. Until you realize it's a waste of time and money and they want to charge you a deductible. I was trying for a good 15 minutes to start a claim but the one-time code won't show up to my E-mail. They claim it's super easy but it's been difficult. Never getting this again. I'll stick to 鶹's 30-day guarantee.
