Glad to have found this replacement for Maldon Salt. As a finishing flourish, it really awakens the palate and elevates any savoury and/or sweet dish, regardless of cuisine cultural origins from grilled steaks, bbqs, pastas, biryani, fish tacos, garlic tomato toast, fresh fruit ades, poached eggs, stews, tteokbokki, salads, hummus, tajines, ceviche, lamb aliche, to sweet south-east Asian dessert soups, nvm brownies. Remember to “under salt” during the preparation/marinating/seasoning/cooking so that each person can sprinkle this onto each individual plate/bowl. This is why salt is described as a flavour enhancer.
To pick a “room for improvement” comment, not a fan of the packaging. No big deal… just store in own containers. One “salt box” for daily usage, another refill container for the bulk of it.
