- Reviewed in Canada on April 23, 2025Really happy that the hollow aluminum stem is both sturdy and lightweight because I have to reach up quite high to get the second floor windows. I still needed a small step ladder because the length wasn't quite long enough, but honestly anything longer would've been less stable, and I'm not a fan of telescopics. Loving that that neck has a bit of give so that you don't have to reach directly below the window, but it's stiff enough that you can apply a good amount of pressure against the glass. Moreover, the squeegee tip isn't designed like a handheld one because of the angle. It's actually more of a squared out 90° edge so that it can capture more water. If you pop out the head and just use it without the stem segments it'll still work, but you do need a bit more of a vertical angle.
As for the foam and rubberized handles, they're awesome, but you can't reposition them along the stem. Obviously you don't have to screw in every segment though - just the ones you need to get the height you want. Best thing is that the lock-out on the head rotation is brilliant and holds really well. Plus the quality on both mops is exceptional. Loving the pocket-velcro system, and the overall width is literally perfect for narrower windows. The only thing that I would've liked to have seen is a lock-out for the squeegee, or at the very least a stopper on either end. It's great that you can slide it all the way to the left or right if your reach is limited, but one small slip and the squeegee could easily fall out. And you don't get a backup in the set.
Otherwise, it's an excellent tool to have around the house and definitely saves on waste while making cleaning more accessible and convenient. Piece of cake to disassemble and store, and the quality on all of the pieces is GOOD so that was a huge relief. An easy 5 stars.
