It worked like a charm but started causing problems and completely stopped working under 100 days from install. We got in touch with our installer and he forwarded our warranty claim to the company. They refused to honour our warranty, saying her water may not have been in proper balance. They also let him know that we were over our 90 day warranty. Please don’t be fooled; the warranty is only for 90 days on these as they do not honour anything for internal parts after this time. It took us over six months and we still did not get a warranty claim. Our pool company had to buy a new heat exchanger and install it for us. We are extremely disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend Raypak to anyone. The company also did not return any number of emails from us as consumers. Please beware this company.
