  For a garden cart these are fine and a good deal. Note that there is no ball bearing in the hub, it's a plain bearing that goes on a 3/4" shaft, they supply washers and a spacer as well, so grease the shaft and slip it on, then on mine, I use a split pin and washer to hold it on. I could not find a 1 1/2" hub cap to protect the plain bearing from rusting, but these table leg ends worked very well, Furnigear Rubber Leg Tips 1 1/2", sold by �鶹��.
