The lamp itself is impressively realistic, with its rugged surface featuring detailed craters, mountains, and valleys. It has a good weight to it, which makes the material feel sturdy and high-quality. The base was easy to assemble鈥攏o tools required鈥攁nd does a great job of holding the lamp securely.
What stands out the most is the range of colors and the soft glow it emits. You can change the colors using the remote or by gently tapping the globe, creating a cozy and 鈥渟pacey鈥 atmosphere in the room. It fits perfectly in my son鈥檚 bedroom, but I can also see it working well in a lobby or hallway.
Another great feature is the USB-C charging鈥攊t鈥檚 super convenient that you don鈥檛 have to remove the lamp from its stand to charge it. The battery lasts for a couple of hours on a single charge, though you鈥檒l need to have your own USB power adapter, as it鈥檚 not included.
As for durability and reliability, time will tell, but so far, it seems like a solid product. Overall, this moon lamp is a fantastic gift for anyone who loves space, regardless of age. I highly recommend it!
