  I bought this to help my husband who has chronic shoulder pain from over using his shoulder at work.
  He has been using it for about 20 minutes a night after work, for a few weeks.
  We also changed the supplements he was taking and he says, although his shoulder isn't completely back to normal, there is significant improvement.
  
  This machine is STRONG.
  It works very well. He finds going past level 3 very uncomfortable so there is plenty of strength levels to suit people's needs.
  It stays charged for days and when it needs to be recharged it charges quickly like in less than an hour.
  We plan to continue to use it 20 minutes a day.
  
  We are very pleased with this product.
