  This charger tops up my tablet with reasonably good speed. I used the six foot long charging cable that came with this charger as well as another somewhat better cable and charging speeds were very comparable.
  I have not experienced any issues of overheating.
  Although the charger is rather bulky. the non-polarized prongs are oriented such that the charger doesn't block the second wall receptacle. But that may be a different story when using this with a power bar.
  I'm giving this the full five stars because of the inclusion of a longer than typical cable.
