In general, i don't think we eat enough fermented food so we miss out on a lot of the best. Good natural probiotics so I tried to supplement them but it never really find a huge difference. Like if I take them or stop taking them? I don't really notice anything but that might be different for you. At least there seems to be no negative side effects. Hope that helps
