  Customer service sent me a replacement roasting stick. Bumped 4 star review to 5 star product and support.
  
  I was unlucky enough to be missing the prong/fork for one of the sticks. I was originally planning on returning it so I could reorder the same product but unfortunately there were no more available. After looking for a suitable alternative to this product, I opted to keep it since I really like the look, quality, and functionality of these forks. The price for 8 roasting sticks is also quite good compared to others charging similar price for 5 sticks.
