Package arrived in factory-sealed box. Initial sound quality when pairing to my laptop (using YouTube to test) was not great, but was fine when plugged into the USB.
Took a Teams call with it plugged in and sound and mic worked for everyone.
After call, paired with iPad to see if it was a laptop issue. The app is only designed for phone use, so typing was a challenge. Sound from iPad (YouTube again) was perfect.
Removed and repaired to laptop and it's sounding fine.
