Just started to use this tripod about a month ago. I started to notice that the head of the tripod was a touch loose. Sure enough today the head came off. I've now seen that the piece that was used in the tripod was previously dented, and a make shift repair was made. I'm not sure how the random pin that was inserted was going to fix the damaged piece? Anyway, spend more and get a quality tripod. This isn't it.
