- Reviewed in Canada on April 4, 2025I wanted to wait to write my review until I had used this a few times. I purchased this in January 2025 and today is April 4, 2025. I've used the machine half a dozen times, I am past the return window, and I have a piece of crap that I have to buy replacement parts for. Those parts cost as much as what I paid for the machine in the first place.
The first couple of times I used it, it worked great! I finished a couple of projects with no issues, I didn't even have any tucked, skipped, or dropped stitches! I thought I hit the jackpot but nope. By the fourth project, the gear was slipping. Not very often, but every 10 to 15 rows. Now, the gear is completely worn and will not turn the pins at all. I want to say that I got a dud, but based on the reviews from earlier (that I read and thought it couldn't possibly be that bad) it's not worth the time reading the description.
I try to leave a positive review for everything I purchase whether it's the product, the speed of delivery, the customer service, etc. I have not contacted Customer Service so this review is in no way reflective on them, just the product itself.
Buyer beware, when 鶹 says that "this is a frequently returned item," believe them!!
