I placed a order with a 5/6 items and this item was the only one not coming from an 鶹 warehouse, which has fast delivery and it still got here before anything else did.. and again, it was custom and personalized! So for speed of service, 10/10!!
Next, they accidentally made an error on what I had ordered, simple mistake, not the end of the world, however, not what I had envisioned when personalizing the product.
I sent them a message and asked if there was any way to have it fixed, I was kinda nervous about asking but I really wanted it to look a certain way, but because it was personalized, I wasn’t sure if they could rectify the problem.
I got over my social anxiety and need to please others and reached out and they were absolutely incredible to deal with. I showed them pictures of what I ordered and what I received and they had a new one made and sent to me by the following week.
I received my item today and I am so happy with it, it’s even better than what I expected and the quality is fantastic!!
I 100000000% recommend this company! They are great, easy to work with and make beautiful high quality products.
