  A great alternate to olive oil. I've used it in a homemade mayo, and it is wonderful. Plus I love the color. I've also used it for sautéed vegetables, and in works quite well. I was expecting some smoke, but if you keep your fire to med-high, it is fine. The taste in nutty yet subtil. A beautiful (canadian!) product.
