- Reviewed in Canada on February 7, 2024First off, let me start by saying that after reading all the amazing reviews here, I was super excited to get this machine. It arrived quite delayed from when it was supposed to. I followed all the instructions and the machine would not work. Lights were on, and I could hear the noise of coffee brewing but it would not dispense any coffee nor milk. The other thing that I noticed right away was that although this machine does make cappuccinos, is very much built towards expressos, as that is the only size cup you will be able to fit under the coffee handle dispenser. There is no room to fit a regular coffee sized mug under it, so to me that is not practical at all, having to drop coffee from one mug to another, then fill it with the milk after its frosted. Its just a lot of unnecessary steps when you are in a rush.
Lastly, if you need help from their support team, the only way you can reach them is by e-mail. There is no way to contact them by phone number, as they do not provide a phone number, which to me just shows red flags all over about this Company. If they trusted their product and guaranteed it, they wouldn’t be afraid of people wanting to contact them. Clearly they must have had way too many complaints to not want to provide their phone number.
Conclusion: I ended up returning the machine and purchasing a much better one for a cheaper price.
