  It was as ordered and works great and looks clean and neat on the counter. As of April 24th this product quit working properly. the lower elements no longer work. I am very angry and disappointed. I had one Chefman Air fryer/toaster that lasted about 5 years and the same thing happened with it. I obviously will not buy another Chefman product.
