I have tested this cordless vacuum to all extremeties at every angle. What is important in a cordless vacuum is this:

    1. Power of suction
    2. Quality of filtration
    3. Battery life
    4. Accessories & charging dock

One of the reasons for lower price is simple packaging. It is perfectly fine with me, for I never store boxes anyway and really rather pay less than have a cool box :-)

    1. Power of suction. What I like is that, in contrast with most other cordless vacuums, this one always starts with the minimum speed. It has a total of 4, which are minimal, medium, maximum and automatic. Minimal speed is good enough already. At the maximum speed, it easily cleans deep carpets. However, if you want the speed of the brushroll adjust automatically according to the surface (floor or carpet), it has to be operated at "Auto" setting

    2. Quality of filtration. This unit has 3 levels of filtration: a permanent metal filter, a black sponge filter, and a static white filter. Special attention to the static white filter! Not many people know what it is for. This filter is supposed to attract fine dust particles, not allowing them through. In order to test how this filter works, I inserted a white fabric before the motor (see photo). The test shows that all filters do their job properly! In addition, extra black sponge and static white filters are in the box, so you're all set for a few years!

    3. Battery life. I run the unit mostly at the max speed with power brush on. It lasted total about 25 minutes, which is very good compared to the most cordless, where you can expect 12-15 min under the same settings! Charging takes about 1.5 hrs from zero to full, but this doesn't really matter, since you can leave it on the charging dock all the time while not using. What I particularly like about the battery is that it is so easy to remove! This means that if you have a spare battery, it can be charged as you're using the original, then it takes seconds to swap them! Quite handy for a thorough long cleaning

    4. Accessories & charging dock. This model comes with basic accessories - Power nozzle, crevice tool, upholstery tool with a movable brush. It is very easy to remove the brushroll from the power nozzle, which makes the entire transparent part open to clean (see photo).
What caught my attention is the design of the charging dock. The power cable plugs into the cradle. Supposedly, you need to use your vacuum somewhere else, like at the chalet, camping, etc. You don't have to remove the charging dock off the wall. Simply unplug the charger and take it with you (again, see photos)

In addition, the tube is telescopic. Unlike, again, most if not all cordless vacuums with a fixed-length tube. Another great feature is that you do not need to hold the power trigger! Just press and release, press again to stop.

Overall, this is a great unit, especially considering the low price. The only concern would be after-sale service and the length of the warranty and availability of parts
