  The original order arrived in a plastic bag with no packaging. Was covered in finger prints and a very sticky substance that I had to clean off. The buttons are all scratched and the left stick doesn't click. It was a really terrible product.
  
  Update: after leaving this review, I was contacted by the seller, though they didn't tell me who they were so I wasn't sure why they were contacting me. Once we got that sorted. I received a second controller, for which I was not charged, and didn't have to send the original back. It was in much better condition. Very clean, all the buttons worked. Compared to the original Dual Shock 3 it is very light and doesn't have the same weight to it but it would make a very good temporary replacement.
