  Pros: tons of options for the thermostat, step by step (with pictures) instructions on installation, very good looking thermostat, one of the best customer services that I've experienced (spoke with two people during my installation. calls were answered quickly and both were knowledgeable and super nice and professional).
  
  Cons: the only thing I can think of is that the thermostat's options are just too much so sometimes you have to dig deep to see what's even there.
