  I bought the similar cast iron turtle, so was a bit disappointed that the maple leaf is thinner, l will have to make sure its well supported underneath so it doesn't snap when l put it in the garden come spring. Also, note that the leaf has no stem, probably a good design idea as it might snap off, but a maple leaf looks funny without a stem. But as a Canadian its a must have item.
