  It needs a fairly sturdy stand unless you're okay to let it rest on the floor. There are fold marks that remain. Regarding the silver and gold shiny reflectors .. I'm crumpling it up to let it get totally wrinkled. Might reflect the light more evenly that way. The folds are less of a problem with the white and not a problem with the black. The white did stick to itself quite firmly when opening it for the first time, so be gentle and take some time so the surface doesn't peel.
