  I love it. It's just like the Breville jug that came with my dual boiler machine, but with the heat tape added in an indented area on the jug. It would be nice if the heat range was infinite rather than five distinct heat zones, but it works well and simply. The hardest part is focusing on frothing the milk while trying to watch the heat tape, but with a little attention it works well.
