    Their QA inspection is horrible, someone intentionally packed a cracked container. I then reached out to Omega support through their website, no one has replied after 2 days. Company support is non existence, I wouldn't trust their 15 year or whatever warranty.

    I've used it for juicing, seems to work well, noise level is low and acceptable. I did find the expelled waste a bit moist and maybe a hand squeeze could be use to get more juice out. Overall happy with this product, but this company's support is non-existence and I highly doubt they care to do anything if your product broke before warranty ended. The containers are thin cheap plastic that don't look durable.

    UPDATE-1: I never got a reply from Omega support, I reached out to 鶹 support and was told to return the product and order another one which I ended up doing. I wanted to avoid all this just for a broken container, which also is the one your place the filter over to collect pulp from the juice.

    UPDATE-2: A second person replied to my ticket and I can't believe what I was told to do! They told me I could "buy" the cracked container and I had to pay for the shipment too? Also they wanted me to provide my credit card info for processing over the email. WTF? I have zero trust in this (trash) company that they will honor the warranty if the motor breaks down. I just dropped their overall rating to 2 starts.
