Wow, I'm absolutely blown away by the power and audio fidelity coming out of this tiny amp. My Logitech Z-680 console died, so I've grabbed a pair of speakers from that excellent 5.1 surround system and plugged them into the Lepy- wow, for computer speakers, just wow!
Now I am deducting 1 star for a few issues, but nothing major. the first is that ultra bright LED... it's too bright. Next the knobs feel a little flimsy, but for $25 I won't complain. And lastly, then the tone control is engaged, at higher volumes I get a ton of distortion. But if you keep the tone control off, you can crank it all the way and it'll still sound great.
It measures 3.5" x 4.5" and is super light. If you plan on fiddling with the dials, you should bolt it down using the anchor points. But if you like the clean sound, you can crank it all the way, hide it so the bright light isn't blinding you, then use the keyboard (if you have) volume control as the master. This is the option I took.
After 15 years, the Z-680 console died (what an absolutely amazing set of audio hardware), I had some stand in PC speakers which were horrific. This setup is like night an day.
