    Tried several different flours in bread machine for pizza dough but kept looking for easier to handle dough that tastes good. This is it! Always had a problem getting a thin crust dough to cover the pizza tray properly but this one took less than a minute. Then when we baked it, knew this would be our go to pizza flour. Makes sense that Italian flour makes great pizza crust.
