  This is pretty standard mouth tape—average size and shape. I do like that it doesn't have the little breathing hole in it like so many brands have now. I also like that the adhesive used does not leave a sticky film on your face in the morning.
  
  The issue I had with this brand is that it often didn't stay attached to my face the entire night. I really do prefer larger patch mouth tape—I struggle with most brands that offer this typical size. So, for someone with a much smaller face than me, this may be a four or five star product. I just found that it did not stick well to my beard (a non-issues if you have no facial hair), and it often lost its stickyness before morning.
  
  Some nights they worked really well, just not all nights. I would recommend this product for those with smaller mouths—perhaps women and teens; as a large adult male, I did find the patches to be too small.
