  I have a ton of old vac attachments (and have newer Miele vac). For most it fits great. Old Kirby brush is a little big, so just wrap some gaffing tape around the adaptor and it works great. If the adapter is a little big for where it connects to the hose, put a couple strips of gaffing tape on the inside the adapter. Easy fixes. The adapter is quite liberating.
