  The media could not be loaded.

  This thing is pure junk, the threads on the main screw part are so messed up you can't hardly turn it, the plates don't lock into the notched because to worm drive is too long. But the worm drive is also too skinny so it is real loose. I think it is best to buy an actual KitchenAid brand one. This is a Total waste of money.
