The product came well packaged. I followed the instructions, as well I watched a setup video on YouTube. Wifi setup with iPhone was easy and once setup, the camera can be controlled wirelessly and videos can be view on the phone. I have not yet setup my desktop PC for viewing yet. But, from the setup I have already done, I don't think, it shouldn't be a problem.
